This annotation browser allows you to explore the more commonly-used modules, or categories, of annotations that exist within the NF-OSI data dictionary. Use the tables below to search for terms that you are interested in using. For example, if you wanted to look up our term for RNA Sequencing, you could navigate to the Assay module, and type in “RNA” into one or more search boxes to filter for RNA-related assays.
